Active Shooter In this session, David will cover situational awareness, including having an environmental baseline, exit and entry points, best vantage points, cover vs. concealment, and weapons. This session will also discuss the OODA loop (observe, orient, decide, act), how an active shooter chooses their target(s), the crime of opportunity, specific targets, surveillance indicators, behavioral indicators, and the "see something say something" campaign.
