Metacaulk® 150+ General Purpose Firestop Sealant, 20.2 oz Foil Pack

Metacaulk 150+ is a one component, general purpose fire rated sealant, acoustic sealant and smoke seal for construction joints and through-penetrations. Metacaulk 150+ is a water based, non-sag caulking grade sealant that is easy to apply as well as retrofit. It cures to an elastomeric seal that is suitable where dynamic movement is expected. In the event of a fire, Metacaulk 150+ will prevent the spread of flames, smoke, hot gases and water through joint openings and through-penetrations. No dilution or mixing is required for use. No special skills are necessary for installation. Metacaulk 150+ is applied with a conventional caulking gun, bulk loading gun or can be troweled from the pail. For large applications, it can be pumped directly from the pail. Metacaulk 150+ systems are rated for up to 4 hours in accordance with ASTM E814 (UL 1479) and ASTM E1966 (UL 2079) test standards.

3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant CP 25WB+, 10.1 oz Tube

A one-component, latex-based, intumescent sealant that dries to form a monolithic firestop seal. This sealant also acts as a barrier to airborne sound transmission. As penetrants are exposed to fire, the intumescent property of this material allows the sealant to expand and help maintain a firestop penetration seal for up to 4 hours. This sealant is designed to help control the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gases before, during and after exposure to a fire when installed in accordance with a listed through-penetration or fire-resistive joint assembly system. 3M™ Fire Barrier Sealant CP 25WB+ firestops blank openings and penetrations passing through fire-rated floor, floor/ceiling or wall assemblies and other fire-rated interior building construction. This halogen-free sealant is capable of expanding a minimum of 3 times its dried volume when exposed to temperatures above 1000°F (538°C).

3M™ Fire Barrier Self-Locking Pillows are a self-contained, intumescent firestop product for use in through-penetration firestops. Simple to use, with interlocking strips that lock pillows together. The 3M™ Fire Barrier Self-Locking Pillows achieve up to 3-hour fire ratings when tested by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL1479) and CAN/ULC-S115.
